This event is for people living with disability to find out more about peer support.
The workshop will be presented by peer group facilitators and group members and will cover topics such as:
What does peer support mean?
What are the benefits from joining a peer support group?
What happens at a peer support meeting?
What peer support groups are in my area and how can I join?
How can I start my own group and practice peer support daily?
Come along and hear from experienced and knowledgeable peer group facilitators, meet others and find out how you can benefit from peer support!
